Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient location of the hotel. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the breakfast options, though some felt the breakfast was limited. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with several guests noting clean rooms while others mentioned issues like dirty carpets, unclean bathrooms, and leftover items from previous guests. Some guests also mentioned maintenance issues such as peeling paint, malfunctioning showers, and dim lighting. While the overall atmosphere was positive, there were repeated complaints about the lack of a pool, inconsistent housekeeping, and occasional discomfort with beds or noise. Despite some drawbacks, the positive service and location stood out in most reviews.
