Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews are highly polarized. Many guests praised the helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, and the hotel's excellent location near the Mahakaleshwar temple. Several reviewers highlighted the owner's hospitality and the value for money. However, a significant number of guests reported issues with service, such as booking problems, unresponsive staff, and poor coordination. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, with complaints about dirty rooms and bathrooms. The location was criticized by a few guests for being hard to find or unsuitable for car owners, and some found the room sizes too small. Overall, while many had a positive experience, there are notable areas needing improvement.
