Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, and several highlighted the helpfulness of the staff. However, there were notable complaints about cleanliness in some rooms, with issues like dirty bedding, flies, and poor hygiene standards mentioned. Service was a mixed bag, with some guests finding staff rude or unhelpful, while others appreciated their assistance. The restaurant and breakfast generally received high marks, though a few guests were dissatisfied with specific food items.
