Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews indicate that the hotel is generally clean and the staff are often described as helpful and friendly. However, there are frequent complaints about poor amenities, such as lack of toiletries, unreliable wifi, and insufficient breakfast. Many guests also mention noise issues due to thin walls, and several found the beds uncomfortable. Service inconsistencies, including extra charges and lack of housekeeping, were noted. Overall, while cleanliness and some staff interactions are positive, significant improvements are needed in amenities, noise insulation, and service reliability.
