Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guest reviews are mixed, with several complaints about poor service, cleanliness, and management responsiveness. Many guests found the staff unhelpful or rude, and noted issues with amenities such as the gym, bathroom, and in-room facilities. However, there are positive remarks about the spaciousness of rooms, some good experiences with breakfast, and a few guests appreciated the location for its convenience. Overall, while the hotel has potential, it needs significant improvements in service and cleanliness to meet expectations.
