Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest opinions about the hotel are mixed. Many guests appreciated the convenient location, especially its proximity to key areas like the main road and railway station. Several reviews mentioned helpful and polite staff, with some guests noting positive experiences with late checkouts and service. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple complaints about dirty rooms, stained linens, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Breakfast received neutral feedback, with some guests finding it satisfactory and others noting limited options or slow service. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service are praised, cleanliness and consistency in service need improvement.
