Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to tourist attractions, beautiful views, and convenience. Some guests also mention good value for price and comfortable beds. However, there are frequent complaints about poor cleanliness, with several reviews noting dirty rooms and inadequate housekeeping. Service is another area of concern, with multiple reports of unhelpful or unfriendly staff and requests not being fulfilled. Overall, while the location and value are strong positives, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
