Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, proximity to Lake Pichola, and beautiful architecture, making it convenient for sightseeing and offering great views. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, describing staff as unhelpful, rude, or inattentive, and noting slow or inadequate responses to requests. Cleanliness was also a concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, towels, and poorly maintained facilities. The pool, often used as a selling point, was frequently inaccessible or not properly maintained, and breakfast was considered below expectations. While a few guests had positive experiences with the rooms and ambiance, the majority felt the negatives outweighed the positives.
