Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and attractions like the Monkey Forest. The staff receive high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, often going above and beyond for guests. Many enjoyed the unique experience of seeing monkeys on the property. However, noise from traffic and neighboring rooms is a common complaint, and reviews about cleanliness and breakfast are mixed, with some finding them satisfactory and others noting areas for improvement.
