Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, often mentioning personalized service and attention to detail. The breakfast is widely described as delicious and varied, with several guests highlighting fresh options and local specialties. Many appreciated the tranquil, lush jungle location, which offers a serene atmosphere away from the bustle of Ubud, though some noted it is a bit far from the center. The overall atmosphere is described as relaxing and magical, with beautiful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout the property. Cleanliness and room comfort are also frequently commended. Some minor drawbacks include occasional noise near reception, small or shaded pools, and limited amenities in some rooms, but these did not significantly detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience.
