Guests say
The reviews reveal significant concerns about cleanliness, with many guests reporting dirty rooms, stained linens, unpleasant odors, and poor hygiene in both rooms and bathrooms. Despite these issues, the hotel receives positive feedback for its friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near Ubud and local attractions, enjoyable breakfast options, and pleasant pool area. Some guests also appreciate the spacious rooms and value for money. However, the recurring cleanliness problems and occasional maintenance issues detract from the overall experience for many visitors.
