Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, which was close to attractions, restaurants, and key destinations. Some guests found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and a few mentioned comfortable beds and clean rooms. However, cleanliness was a major concern for many, with repeated complaints about dirty rooms, pests, and inadequate housekeeping. The breakfast was widely criticized for being minimal or falsely advertised, and several guests were disappointed with the pool's condition. Overall, while the location and occasional good service were positives, significant issues with cleanliness and amenities affected guest satisfaction.
