Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are also highlighted as standout positives. However, some guests mention issues with cleanliness, noise from air conditioning or the street, and occasional maintenance problems such as water outages and old furnishings. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some appreciating its inclusion and others wishing for more variety. Overall, the hotel is seen as offering good value for its location and service, though improvements in facilities and amenities would enhance the experience.
