Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location and generally friendly staff as major positives. However, there are frequent complaints about small room sizes, cleanliness issues in some rooms, and problems with breakfast service, such as late start times or missing items. Service experiences are mixed, with some guests finding staff helpful and others describing them as unresponsive. Overall, while the location is a strong point, several aspects of comfort and amenities could be improved.
