Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring Tulum and accessing local attractions. The service and hospitality, especially from staff and owners like Gabriela, were highlighted as exceptional, with many guests feeling welcomed and well cared for. Cleanliness was another strong point, with rooms and common areas described as immaculate and well-maintained. Breakfast received mixed feedback: while some enjoyed it, others found the timing or offerings less convenient. Room size and amenities were also mentioned, with some guests finding rooms spacious and comfortable, while others noted smaller or more basic accommodations. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and many guests expressed a desire to return.
