Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, the friendliness of certain staff members. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and unpleasant odors. Parking was also a frequent concern, with complaints about garage safety, long walks, and malfunctioning gates. Service quality was mixed, with some guests noting helpful employees, while others experienced delays, disorganization, and lack of attention to detail. Bed comfort received both positive and negative feedback, with some guests satisfied and others reporting uncomfortable mattresses. Overall, while the location and occasional positive service stood out, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, parking, and consistency of service.
