Cons (-) Until this trip, I was a devoted Omni customer. This property is false advertising - it is really run down, marginal on the cleanliness, there is no exterior lighting on the buildings, which are far from the main lobby, the buildings do not have visible room numbers, the in room dining fell far below other properties I’ve stayed at, there’s no apparent security. The staff was very friendly, tho, a...

Pros (+) The grounds were great and well kept. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. The room was clean and the patio was nice. Room service was great and the food was good. The pool area was good but not totally clean and kept up

We found this strange because we could see others around with multiple chairs with the same room. We also think the room could use some updates. The tub was old and stained. The light it the bathroom needed some time to work. The cable would go in and out, and ...
