Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location and, in several cases, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. However, a significant number of reviews report issues with cleanliness, such as unclean rooms, dirty floors, and inadequate housekeeping. Some guests also mention problems with room service, amenities, and check-in experiences. Overall, while the location and some staff members are highlights, the hotel needs to address its cleanliness and housekeeping standards to improve guest satisfaction.

Pros (+) Bed was comfortable. Shower was workable and efficient
Cons (-) No housekeeping after 3 pm. No manager on duty the entire weekend. Was given a room with melted ice in the ice bucket. Bacon at breakfast was rancid.
