Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, proximity to restaurants and the university, and some friendly staff members. However, many reviews cited issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, musty smells, and bathrooms needing attention. Service was frequently criticized, with complaints about unprofessional or unavailable staff, room assignment problems, and poor housekeeping. Bed comfort received mixed feedback, and breakfast was generally considered average, with some positive mentions but also comments about limited options. Overall, while the location is a highlight, cleanliness and service need improvement.
