Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and friendly staff, making their stay pleasant. Several reviews also mentioned that the breakfast was adequate or good, though some noted it could be improved. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with reports of dirty carpets, mold, ants, and maintenance issues in some rooms. While many found the service welcoming, there were occasional complaints about unprofessional or unfriendly staff, particularly in the breakfast area. Overall, the hotel offers good value and comfort for the price, but improvements in cleanliness and breakfast variety would enhance the guest experience.

Pros (+) This is our regular stop every year when we go to FL .Our thoughts are don't change what works. It is conveniently located by the highway 65. Rooms are clean, that is a biggy for me, and the facility has a nice breakfast so you can hit the road in the morning and log some miles w/o a breakfast stop. I would recommend this facility to others traveling in this area.
