Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to walk to downtown attractions, restaurants, and the lake. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and some enjoyed amenities like the rooftop bar and restaurant. However, several reviews noted that the hotel is outdated and in need of renovation, with cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, and poor value for the price. Cons (-) I didnt like that, because i booked through a third party, in my opinion, i got put a room in the worst section of the hotel rifht by the ice machine. Bad form for them to judge based on how you book, we all pay with the same money and everyone likes to save a few dollars
