Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's outstanding service, with staff described as warm, attentive, and professional, creating a memorable and welcoming experience. The serene and scenic location by the river is highly appreciated for its tranquility and beautiful views, even though it is a bit remote from the town center. Breakfasts and other meals, especially those featuring local specialties, receive high marks for quality and presentation. Cleanliness and well-maintained facilities are also noted as positives. However, some guests feel the value for price could be improved, citing high costs or limited amenities for the price, and a few mention issues with insects and the onsen tattoo policy.
