Guests consistently praised the hotel's warm and attentive service, highlighting the staff's friendliness and willingness to help. The historic and traditional atmosphere, including the architecture and onsen experience, was also highly appreciated. Cleanliness was mentioned positively, especially given the age of the building. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the bathroom facilities, noting shared toilets, lack of hot water, and basic amenities. Breakfast and dinner received mixed feedback, with some finding the portions small or the quality lacking. Overall, the service and ambiance stood out as the hotel's strongest points.
