Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and the enjoyable pool area. Many found the apartments spacious and appreciated the tranquil environment. However, some guests noted issues with maintenance, outdated furnishings, and limited kitchen equipment. Cleanliness and upkeep of certain facilities, including the pool, received mixed feedback, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
