Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is convenient for their needs and adds value to their stay. The service, especially from the reception and maintenance staff, is frequently described as attentive, friendly, and flexible, with several guests appreciating the helpfulness and efficiency during check-in and special requests. The breakfast is generally well-received, with positive remarks about its completeness, quality, and the cleanliness of the dining area, though a few mention some food items being cold. However, there are recurring concerns about room cleanliness, maintenance issues, noise, and the value for price, with several guests feeling that the facilities do not always match the price or expectations set by online images.
