Guests consistently praised the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as some convenient amenities like 24/7 tea and coffee and good public transport access. However, many reviews highlighted significant concerns about the hotel's location, describing the surrounding area as unsafe and frequented by drug users and homeless individuals. Cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple mentions of unclean rooms, bedbugs, mold, and noise. Safety concerns and discomfort with the neighborhood were frequently cited, making the overall experience negative for many guests despite some positive service interactions.
