Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness, as well as the convenient location close to the airport and transportation. However, many reviews expressed disappointment with ongoing renovations, which resulted in unavailable amenities such as the pool, gym, and restaurant. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean and comfortable while others noted issues. Breakfast and other amenities were also frequently criticized for limited options or being unavailable. Overall, while service and location were highlights, renovations and lack of amenities negatively impacted many stays.

Cons (-) The pillows were old. The whole hotel had a musty smell, it was hard to sleep in the room. The internet was nonexistent. When we called down to get a WiFi password with a stronger signal they said they didn't have the password! The housekeepers had us hand them the gatvbage bins and they took out used towels with their bare hands. That didn't seem very clean or safe. Made us wonder how they cleane...

Pros (+) Decent hotel, comfortable updated room. Everything worked well, and a new/newer shower curtain. Plus, I heard staff discussing new curtain for other rooms, too.
Cons (-) Hotel is under renovation. Carefully being done so as not to disrupt guests. Mostly, it doesn't disturb or get in the way of guests. Parking lot does need repaving but not impassable or unusable. No continental breakfast included with room charge---not end of world but a bit unusual.

Rooms were very cozy and fit for a family of four with small kids. Was lacking in storage space, however this is understandable as its a short stay kind of place. WiFi and TV Channels were of very good quality. The coffee...
