Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the area and accessing amenities. Cleanliness is also frequently highlighted, with many guests describing the rooms as clean and well-maintained. However, a major concern is the lack of on-site staff and the problematic online check-in process, which many found frustrating and unreliable. While some guests appreciated the value for money and the helpfulness of staff when reachable, the absence of in-person service and issues with check-in detracted from the overall experience for several visitors.
