Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location and cleanliness, with many highlighting comfortable rooms and attractive amenities. However, there are repeated complaints about unhelpful or unfriendly service, particularly at the reception, as well as noise issues and disappointment with the breakfast and restaurant offerings. The pool receives mixed feedback, with several guests noting it is not properly heated. Overall, while the property and rooms are generally appreciated, improvements in service and food quality are needed.
