Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location near the cathedral, its unique and charming atmosphere, and the delightful breakfast often served in a beautiful courtyard. Many found the decor and historical features memorable, and several reviews highlighted the friendly and attentive staff. However, a few guests noted issues with bed comfort, inconsistent service or reception presence, and occasional challenges with accessibility or parking due to the building's historic nature. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making this hotel a favorite for a memorable stay in Toledo.
