The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. However, many guests found the rooms to be small compared to expectations, and several reviews expressed disappointment with the breakfast quality and variety. The room is small, but clean. Staff is helpful despite some language difficulties. They tried to help using the digital translator. Close to the Roppongi subway station so good access to all Tokyo areas once you figured how to buy the tickets.
