Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the Skytree and convenient transport links, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Many found the property to be clean and good value for money, with a pleasant atmosphere in the lounge and cafe areas. Some noted minor drawbacks such as small rooms, uncomfortable bedding, and thin walls, but overall, the positive aspects outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
