Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's outstanding location near train stations and local amenities, making it highly convenient for travel and dining. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, even during challenging situations like typhoons. Many appreciated the onsen and other amenities such as free coffee, snacks, and laundry facilities, which added value to their stay. However, several guests noted that the rooms were small, and some mentioned issues with noise, air conditioning, or dated facilities. Overall, the positives of location, service, and amenities outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
