Overview

It will be a women-only hotel. It is in a very convenient location, just a 2-3 minute walk from both Shin-Okubo Station on the Yamanote Line and the South Exit of Okubo Station on the Sobu Line. The fully automatic lock system makes it safe for a single female guest to stay. All rooms are non-smoking. (As it is a 4 story building with only stairs, we may cause an inconvenience for guests with large luggage)

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near major stations and shops, making it easy to explore the city. The staff and owner received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was noted positively, with rooms and shared facilities generally well maintained. The private and reservable baths were a highlight for many, offering a relaxing experience after busy days. However, some guests mentioned noise from nearby train tracks and small room sizes as drawbacks, though these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
