Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location near major transport links, making it convenient for exploring Tokyo. Many also appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms. However, a common complaint is the small room size, which several guests found uncomfortable, especially for longer stays or for those with large luggage. Service is often described as neutral, with some guests missing traditional staff interactions due to the use of robots at check-in. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it adequate and others wishing for more variety.
