Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, with many appreciating its proximity to key attractions and amenities. Some guests found the staff helpful and accommodating, though experiences with service varied. However, a significant number of reviews highlight serious cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and poor housekeeping, which detracted from their overall experience. The hotel appears to have inconsistent standards, with some positive mentions of spacious rooms and friendly staff, but recurring complaints about hygiene and maintenance.
