Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access local attractions and transportation. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including unclean rooms, presence of insects, and poor maintenance of bathrooms. Service was also a common concern, with reports of unresponsive or rude staff and unmet requests. Some guests found the beds comfortable and the room size adequate, but others felt the rooms were too small. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
