Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, especially its proximity to the bus stand, making it convenient for travelers. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many guests describing dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, unchanged linens, and pest issues. Service was also a major concern, with reports of unresponsive or unhelpful staff, extra charges, and poor overall management. While a few reviews mentioned helpful staff and value for money, the negative experiences with cleanliness and service dominated the feedback.
