Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests had a highly negative experience at this hotel, frequently citing poor cleanliness, unhelpful or indifferent staff, and a lack of value for the price paid. Many reviews mention dirty rooms, bathrooms, and bedding, as well as issues with room size and amenities. Several guests also felt misled by online photos and described the location as inconvenient or unsafe. Only a few positive remarks were made about staff helpfulness or location, but these were rare exceptions in otherwise overwhelmingly critical feedback.
