Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore Tirana on foot. The breakfast is highly rated for its quality and variety, with many appreciating the à la carte service and attention to dietary needs. Service is generally described as friendly, helpful, and professional, with staff going out of their way to assist guests, although a few reviews mention occasional lapses in attentiveness. Rooms are often noted as spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with modern bathrooms and thoughtful amenities. Cleanliness is frequently highlighted, with guests finding both rooms and common areas tidy and well-maintained. However, some negative feedback includes noise disturbances from nearby bars or hotel events, lack of an elevator, and occasional issues with room size or maintenance. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, making it a popular choice for visitors to Tirana.
