Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests reported a highly negative experience at the hotel, with the most frequent complaints centering on poor cleanliness, unprofessional or unhelpful service, misleading or inconvenient location, and a lack of value for the price paid. Many reviews mentioned dirty rooms, unsanitary bathrooms, and issues with the condition of the facilities. Several guests also felt deceived by inaccurate photos and descriptions online. Only a few isolated positive remarks were made, such as about bed comfort or friendly staff, but these were rare and did not outweigh the overwhelming dissatisfaction.
