Guests had mixed experiences at this hotel. While some appreciated the friendly staff, convenient location, and clean rooms, others reported significant issues with service, including rude or incompetent staff and delays at check-in. Bed comfort was a common complaint, with several guests finding the mattresses and pillows uncomfortable. Cleanliness received neutral feedback, with some guests noting clean rooms and others mentioning problems like mold, ants, or unpleasant smells. Overall, the positives centered on staff helpfulness and location, but recurring service and comfort issues detracted from many stays.
