Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is convenient for their needs and close to local attractions, as well as the sense of safety provided by the property. Some guests also mention friendly and professional staff. However, reviews are mixed regarding cleanliness and service, with several guests noting issues such as unhelpful reception, maintenance problems, and inconsistent housekeeping. Value for price is also a point of contention for some visitors. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and safety, but improvements in service and cleanliness could enhance the guest experience.
