Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for travel and proximity to highways. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including mold, roaches, and unpleasant odors. The breakfast was frequently described as inadequate, with limited options and missing items. Service was often reported as unhelpful or rude, and several amenities such as the pool and ice machines were unavailable or not functioning. Overall, while the location was a strong point, the hotel struggled with cleanliness, service, and amenities.
