Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at this hotel. Many appreciated the clean rooms, good location, and decent breakfast options. However, several reviews highlighted poor service, unprofessional staff, and issues with hospitality, especially regarding management and security. Value for money was a concern for some, with complaints about high prices and small room sizes. While some guests enjoyed their stay and found the food satisfactory, others were disappointed by the lack of amenities, room downgrades, and maintenance issues. Overall, the hotel has strengths in cleanliness and breakfast, but service and value need improvement.
