Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it ideal for events, proximity to the train station, and local attractions. The service, especially from the staff and owners, was highlighted as friendly and welcoming, with several guests mentioning acts of kindness and helpfulness. Bed comfort was generally regarded as good, contributing to a restful stay. However, cleanliness was a significant concern for many, with repeated mentions of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. Additionally, the lack of breakfast, despite being advertised, was a common disappointment among guests. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, cleanliness and breakfast offerings need improvement.
