Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its breathtaking location overlooking the caldera, highlighting spectacular views and a peaceful atmosphere. The service was described as attentive and friendly, with several staff members, especially Dimitri, singled out for their helpfulness. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, particularly daily housekeeping and well-maintained rooms and jacuzzis. However, breakfast received mixed to negative feedback, with guests noting limited variety and quality. Despite some concerns about privacy and minor amenities, the overall atmosphere was relaxing and memorable, making it a favorite for special occasions and tranquil getaways.
