Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the convenient location near Fira center and bus stations, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Many found the rooms comfortable and appreciated amenities like the pool and jacuzzi. However, several guests were disappointed by small room and bathroom sizes, occasional maintenance issues, and some accessibility challenges, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility needs. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel is generally considered good value for money and a pleasant place to stay.
