Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness of the staff. However, there were several complaints about cleanliness, with issues such as dirty linens and smelly rooms being mentioned. Service and breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff helpful and others experiencing poor service or limited breakfast options. Amenities like the pool and recreational activities were noted, but some guests felt the facilities were outdated or insufficient. Overall, while the location and staff were highlights, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service consistency, and amenities.
