Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and the quality of the breakfast. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness, with several guests noting dirty rooms, stained towels, and unpleasant odors. The pool was a disappointment for many, as it was often too cold or not as advertised. Service received mixed reviews, with some guests finding the staff helpful, while others experienced unresponsiveness or issues with reservations. Overall, while some aspects like breakfast and location were highlights, cleanliness, pool conditions, and inconsistent service detracted from the experience.

Pros (+) Check in staff friendly
Cons (-) When we first entered the room non of the lamps nor the television worked. We subsequently discovered that every thing had been unplugged. We returned from our family celebration late at night to an uncleaned room. We had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. The person on the desk was completely unapolagic. Very disappointing, probably will not return to this property.
